Reservation Requirements

• Must be 21 and older to make a reservation.
• Max number of guests: 4 guests for a 1 bedroom unit or 6 guests for a 2 bedroom unit.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
• The remainder is due 45 days prior to arrival. Partial refunds are not available for early departures.
• Credit card required to be on file for the reservation.
• Payments may be made by personal checks, business checks, travelers cheques, or electronically via Zelle without incurring a credit card fee. All other forms of payment are accepted including Visa, MasterCard,
• American Express, and Discover.
• All Guests will be asked to review and sign an electronic Rental Agreement sent to you via email.
• Cancellation notices received 45 days or more prior to scheduled arrival will result in a refund of your deposit, less 10% of the total reservation cost and non-refundable registration fee
• Cancellations made within 45 days of your arrival are non-refundable.

Additional Information

• Children 5 and older are permitted (NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF FIVE).
• Additional cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. Arrangements must be made in advance of stay.
• Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. on arrival date
• Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on departure date
• All units, balconies, and pool deck are NON-SMOKING. (Smoking is only permitted in our Parking Lot.)
• Discounts for repeat guests of Lavender Hill Suites and multi-unit bookings!

Additional Costs

• 12.5% ** U. S. Virgin Islands Hotel Tax. **Hotel Tax subject to change.
• $100 non-refundable registration fee for each unit reserved.
• Standard Cleaning fee and damage waiver are added to each reservation.
